Renewal of Forex Card Hi, I have lost my Forex card and placed a request for new Forex card on 4th of July. I kept on waiting to have new card till 15th July As per process card needs to be issued in 7 working days. As I haven't received the card in 7 working days that's why I placed a complain on 15th July, complain number is MUMC Representative is saying that to have response on my complaint as well I forex to wait for 7 working days. I kept on having long call at call center but there is very very pathetic response on this. I am customer Sweden and hdfc for this card since almost care 2 customer. I need you to address this issue ASAP. When i tracked this with Walmart they gave a complete process forex transaction and how it works like Authorization hold concepts and all.
